Cabinet Box Construction -All components are ¾” thick, cut to size on -All decks, stretchers and spreaders are bored horizontally to
receive confirmat. -All boxes have a ¾” thick nailer (hanging rail) behind
the back. -All box front edges are edgebanded with ½ mm (0.18”)
PVC’s in stock colors at no charge, wood veneers or 3mm PVC’s at
an up charge. Edges can also be left raw
for customer supplied face frame. -All Wall boxes and Tall boxes have full tops. Base, Vanity, and Desk height boxes have a
4 ½” spreader at top and under the top drawer of any height box that
requires drawers. -Sink bases of any height use either a vertical apron or
spreader configuration and can be concealed behind doors or false fronts. -All box sides are line bored with 5mm diameter holes on 32mm
centers to accommodate concealed door hinges, shelf supports, system hardware
and/or drawer slides. -All Components are labeled for quick and easy assembly. -All closet components are ¾” thick white melamine with
1mm PVC Edgebanding. Drawer
Box Construction -Drawer
sides are construction bored for quick confirmat screw assembly. -Drawer sub
front and back are bored horizontally to align with confirmat through side
construction bore. -Drawer
Bottoms are ¼” white fused Melamine on an MDF core and are fully
captured by dado in sub-front, back and sides. -Roll outs
use the same construction methods but are edgebanded on the front edges as
well as the top. -Dovetail
drawers are available in any wood species at an up-charge. Prefinished Baltic Birch plywood being the
most popular and cost effective option.
